Cancellation / Refund Policy

Website Hosting
You may cancel your website hosting package from the next billing date, by selecting the cancellation option from within the user control panel. Your hosting package will cease from the next billing date, and all data (including emails and databases) stored will be erased from our servers.

We may cancel your hosting package at any time by serving 30 days notice via email. If you are in contravention to our terms and conditions we may suspend your hosting package immediately.

If you cancel your hosting package you will be entitled to a refund of any payment made for future hosting.

Any request for a refund must be placed in writing, either via our helpdesk system, or email to helpdesk@hostsign.co.uk. Any claim for a refund must be made within 14 days of the cancellation of your order or service. All refunds exclude refunds for domain names.

Domain Names
Domain name registrations cannot be refunded or cancelled under any circumstances. You may allow any domain name registered to expire at its renewal date by logging into the user control panel.

Domain name registrations are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevent domain name registrar.

Content
All content uploaded to our servers must conform to UK Law. It is your responsibility to ensure this, and in the event of any legal proceedings you agree to indemnify B P Scarisbrick Limited of any responsibility.

Content must not contain warez, copyrighted material, hateful material, or content which incites hate. All sites and material must conform to UK copyright law.

Bulk Email
Bulk email is not permitted through our servers without prior authorisation. Any bulk email requests must be sent to helpdesk@hostsign.co.uk, stating the amount of emails to be sent, the content, and the source of the intended email address recipients.

Any bulk email without prior authorisation from B P Scarisbrick Limited will result in suspension of your account.

Software / Scripting
It is your responsibility to ensure any 3rd party software or scripts uploaded to your hosting account is up to date with security patches and free from any vulnerabilities.

Contravention of our Terms and Conditions
If our terms and conditions are breached by you, we will first issue a warning via email instructing you to remove the offending content, or cease the offending activity.

If you do not comply we will issue a second warning email, followed by the suspension of your account after 48hours. You must contact us to request reinstatement of your account, on condition the offending material is removed, or the offending activity is ceased.

B P Scarisbrick Limited reserve the right to terminate any account immediately for breach of our terms and conditions, and without refund.
